Tenants are asked to be considerate of each other. In particular, disturbing noises, namely loud door throwing and activities that disturb the roommates due to the resulting noise and disturb the peace and quiet at home, are to be avoided. Playing music is to be avoided between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Radio, television and phono equipment must only be set to room volume. Dangerous and dangerous items (Fireworks, highly flammable liquids, etc.) may not be taken onto the facility.
The lighting of open fires or barbecue fires is not permitted. Barbecuing and burning candles is strictly prohibited in the apartment. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. Use the extractor hood when cooking. If the fire alarm is triggered through one's own fault, the costs incurred must be borne by the perpetrator.
No furniture may be moved in the apartment. No changes may be made to the garden area. e.g. new fence boundaries must be fixed.
Obligations of the tenant: The tenant undertakes to treat the rental property including its inventory with all care. The lessee is liable for culpable damage to furnishings, rented premises or the building as well as the equipment belonging to the rented premises or the building if and to the extent that it was culpably caused by him or his accompanying persons or visitors.The tenant must immediately notify the landlord of any damage incurred in the rented premises, unless he is obliged to remedy them himself.
Use of washing machine: Our washing machine can be used for a fee of 5.00 EUR per wash. Payment on site: please put the money in the red cassette in the storage room.
Waste separation is very important to us. There are marked boxes on the terrace, in which the respective garbage must be disposed of. Residual waste bins and organic waste containers are located under the washing-up sink. The garbage must be disposed of by the tenant in the garbage room provided for this purpose. With the exception of glass, which is disposed of by us.
Parking: For our guests there is a private parking space in the underground garage and a private parking space in front of the resort. Both parking spaces are marked. The use of the parking spaces is at your own risk and responsibility.
Outdoor facilities, sports equipment and toys: Playground equipment and toys from the landlord can be used for games. Use of playground equipment and toys is at your own risk.
Smoking: No smoking in the entire apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the outdoor area. Doors and windows must be kept closed while smoking to exclude the smell of smoke in the rooms!
Loss of items: The landlord is not liable for the loss of objects/valuables on the property.
We attach great importance to cleanliness and a pleasant living environment. Therefore, we ask you not to go into the living rooms with shoes and to leave them in the entrance area.

DOG HOUSE RULES: Your four-legged friend is welcome to stay with us. We attach great importance to hygiene guidelines, which we would like to comply with with your help. Your dog is very welcome, but we would like to draw your attention to our dog house rules. In your own interest, we would like to ask you to pay attention to the following points so that you can enjoy your stay in our beautiful apartment.
If you bring your four-legged friend with you, this must be announced at the time of booking and the dog house rules must be strictly observed!
1. Please bring your own sleeping accommodation for your darling, preferably a dog basket, dog blanket or lockable sleeping box.
2. Our beds, leather sofa, benches and armchairs are absolutely off-limits to the dog. Please be considerate of this in this way.
3. When returning from a walk, please dry and clean your dog before entering the apartment.
4. The towels from our apartment are not available for four-legged friends. Please bring your own towels to dry your dog.
5. If the holiday home is polluted by your dog to an above-average extent (e.g. extreme soiling due to dog hair), this will be charged extra.
6. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and without exception when getting out of the car to the front door of the apartment.
7. During your stay in our apartment, your dog must not be left alone and unattended in the apartment and in the garden area.
8. The private garden area and the indoor area of the resort may not be used as a dog toilet under any circumstances.

E-charging station
Our KEBA e-charging station is located in our parking lot in the underground car park. If you wish to use it, please let us know at the time of booking. The charging station is activated and the key is deposited. You can voluntarily write the charged kWh independently. Simply loud charging indicator from the vehicle. (If it doesn't show kWh, simply convert the charge level increase of % with the vehicle's battery capacity into kWh). Billing is based on the rate noted on the charging station.
