Please take a moment to read through our house rules. We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday accommodation!
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines during your time with us:
Mutual Respect & Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Avoid disturbing noises, especially slamming doors or loud activities that may disrupt the peaceful environment. Playing musical instruments is not allowed between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM. TVs, radios, and audio devices should be kept at room volume only.
Safety First
Open flames, barbecues, and candles are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors—please use the extractor fan when cooking. If the fire alarm is triggered due to negligence, the costs will be charged to the responsible guest. Hazardous items such as fireworks or flammable liquids are not permitted on the premises.
Furniture & Garden Area Please do not rearrange any furniture. Modifications to the garden (e.g. installing new fences or boundaries) are not allowed.
Washing Machine
Our washing machine is available for use at a rate of €5.00 per cycle. Please place the payment in the red cash box in the storage room.
Waste Separation
We care deeply about the environment. Please use the labeled containers on the terrace for proper waste separation. Residual and organic waste bins are located under the kitchen sink. All waste must be disposed of in the designated waste room. Glass waste will be handled by us.
Parking
You have access to a private parking spot in the underground garage and an additional private parking space in front of the complex. Both are clearly marked. Use of these parking spots is at your own risk.
Outdoor Areas & Play Equipment
Our outdoor toys and sports equipment are available for guest use. Use is at your own risk.
No smoking indoor
Indoors Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and outdoor areas only. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the apartment.
Lost Items
We do not accept liability for lost or missing items of any kind.
Cleanliness
To help maintain a clean and comfortable living space, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the living areas and leave them in the entrance area.
TV Settings
If you change the language setting on the TV, please make sure to switch it back to German before check-out. Thank you!

Damages
We understand that accidents can happen. If something breaks or is damaged, please inform us right away. The guest is responsible for damages based on replacement costs. In most cases, your liability insurance will cover this.
EV Charging Station
A KEBA EV charging station is available in our underground garage.
If you wish to use it, please inform us when booking. The station will be activated, and a key will be provided.
You can voluntarily track your energy use by checking the charge display in your vehicle. If your car doesn’t show kWh, you can calculate the energy charged by multiplying the battery size by the % increase.
Please inform us of the total kWh charged before departure via email or SMS. Thank you for your honesty and cooperation!
Dog Policy
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs in our apartment!
To maintain high hygiene standards for all guests, please read and follow our dog policy carefully. Bringing a dog must be indicated at the time of booking, and agreement to the policy is mandatory.
Please bring your dog’s own sleeping arrangement—such as a bed, blanket, or crate.
Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, benches, or chairs. Our cleaning staff is instructed to report any violations. Additional cleaning or replacement costs will be charged if necessary.
After outdoor walks, please clean and dry your dog before entering the apartment.
The towels provided in the apartment are for human use only—please bring your own towels for your dog.
If the apartment becomes excessively dirty due to your pet (e.g. heavy shedding), extra cleaning fees may apply.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment, from the car to the entrance door.
Dogs must never be left unattended in the apartment or garden area.
The garden and indoor areas of the property must not be used as a toilet. Any damage to the lawn (e.g. brown or burned patches) will be repaired at the guest’s expense.
We can only accept house-trained, friendly, and well-behaved dogs.
Please understand that we charge an additional fee per dog.
The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
